Exercise is integral for independence and long-term management for those living with a neurological condition or for those who have experienced a neurological episode. At SAEXP we understand the difficulty of incorporating exercise into a daily routine and the barriers individuals face daily. At SAEXP we are committed and passionate about delivering evidence-based exercise programs and education to promote lasting changes. We are supportive and understanding of each individual to be able to assist in overcoming the barriers of exercise and have a strong patient-centred approach to ultimately improve quality of life.
