NDIS and Exercise Physiology

SAEXP currently has availability and no waiting period for NDIS participants for supervised exercise physiology sessions.

Located in Kew East, our clinic provides a private, quiet and welcoming environment with ramp access and accessible parking. Additionally, we provide in-home services for participants located in Kew, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Hawthorn, Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Alphington and surrounding suburbs.

Why SAEXP?

Our staff are passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment to support people who unable to attend a regular gym due to their permanent disability. We aim to work with each participant and their support group to prescribe and supervise an exercise program that will:

  • Improve their health and wellbeing
  • Improve their daily living
  • Improve their functional capacity
  • Improve or maintain their mobility
  • Building strength and fitness
  • Improve their mental health
  • Build their independence
  • Build their ability to engage in the community, including social activities

SAEXP has experience in providing Exercise Physiology to NDIS participant with the following permanent disabilities:

  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Dementia
  • Post Stroke
  • Down Syndrome
  • Intellectual disability
  • Mental health including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar and personality disorders
  • Fibromyalgia, peripheral neuropathy and chronic fatigue syndrome
